Customs and taxes

Our prices typically include all taxes. For most European countries, no additional charges will be incurred. However, if you are located outside the European Union, your shipment may be subject to additional taxes. These charges are often specific to each case, so they should be discussed on an individual basis.

It's important to note that some countries may have limitations or prohibitions on the importation of certain products. We recommend becoming familiar with the specific import requirements and restrictions for the products you intend to order. If a particular health supplement is prohibited in your country or region, it may be returned to us, confiscated, or damaged during customs procedures, which could result in non-delivery. If your package is returned, we will refund the amount paid, but please be aware that this process can take 6 to 10 weeks, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Customs regulations in different countries can detain our shipments for extended periods based on their regulations, over which we have no control.

Please understand that there is no fixed duration for shipping. However, if your order is shipped via PostNL, you will receive delivery notifications on the morning of the delivery day. To ensure timely communication, please provide us with your valid contact information, such as a mobile phone number and/or email address. You will receive updates on the expected delivery time via the contact details you've provided. Keep in mind that while we estimate delivery times, they can change due to various factors. In cases beyond our control, we cannot assume responsibility for changes in the delivery time.

If your parcel is shipped via PostNL and you don't receive it as expected, you can use the tracking number to check its location. If you were not available at your delivery address, the PostNL clerks may have left it with your neighbors. In the rare event that your delivery goes missing and tracking doesn't provide information, please contact us with your tracking number. We will work to resolve the issue by contacting PostNL, but this process may take up to a few days.
